Are you a “creative Muesli mixer”, do you like cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt in your bowl? At the cereal bar, you can really live out your creativity at the start of the day.
Crispy Weckle – that’s what we call the bread rolls here;-) – and various types of bread, are the perfect basis for our home-made jams and marmalades, local honey or cold cuts from the local butcher. Classics such as smoked salmon, our cheese variation, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and, and, and … also have a firm place on our breakfast buffet.
What a sack of juice! We don’t just offer the standard. The selection ranges from freshly squeezed orange juice to a ginger and turmeric shot for your vitamin kick in the morning.
Of course, you can also drink as much coffee and coffee specialities, tea and cocoa as you like for breakfast
Monday to Friday: 6:30 – 10:00 a.m.
Saturday: 8:00 – 10:00 a.m.
Sunday & public holiday: 8:00 – 11:00 a.m.

For even more choice, our breakfast menu is available daily, with even more culinary delights and specialities as an upgrade for your breakfast, as well as seasonally changing surprises on our buffet.
We also pay attention to regionality, quality and sustainability when selecting the products and raw materials for our breakfast.
If you have a food intolerance, you will also find something. We always have a selection of gluten-free and lactose-free products available
We are proud to offer you a “ZERO WAST Breakfast“. Admittedly, it’s a bit of extra work for us, but it’s fun! In order for future generations on this earth to be able to experience so much in our boutique hotel, we need everyone to work together.
On warm, sunny days, you can also enjoy our gourmet breakfast outdoors in our garden restaurant.
